Refund and Returns Policy

At DressHub, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy to understand the process for exchanges, returns, and refunds for online purchases.


Shipping & Dispatch

✔ Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from the transaction date.
✔ Customers will receive a dispatch notification or SMS upon shipment.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted items, occasion wear, white garments, or accessories.


Exchange Policy

We classify exchanges into two categories:

1. Exchange Based on Customer Requirement

✔ Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the delivery date.
✔ Items can only be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.
✔ Customers are responsible for both return and delivery courier charges.
✔ Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment; late requests will not be accepted.
✔ Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ Once received, the item will go through a quality check, and upon approval, the customer can select a replacement item.
If the product is out of stock, an exchange cannot be offered.
✔ Each online order is eligible for one exchange only.

2. Exchange Due to DressHub Team Mistake

✔ If an incorrect or defective item is sent, DressHub will cover all courier charges.
✔ A courier will be sent to collect the item.
✔ After a quality review, a replacement item will be sent.
✔ No modifications can be made to the original order.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order receipt date.
✔ Returns are only applicable to purchases made on the DressHub website.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags and labels intact.
✔ Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
✔ Items will undergo a quality check before approval.
Returns are not accepted in DressHub retail outlets.


Refund Policy

No cash refunds are available for online purchases.
✔ Refunds apply only for website orders, subject to Terms & Conditions.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days, but bank processing times may vary.


Important Notes

Return/exchange requests must be made via our hotline: +94 771119200.
✔ Online order exchanges cannot be made at retail outlets.
Free courier pickup will be arranged if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ If a returned item is not in resalable condition, DressHub reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
Promotional/discounted items are non-exchangeable, except for size or color changes within available stock.
