International Shipping & Return Policy

At DressHub, we are excited to offer a seamless international shopping experience to customers worldwide. Our timeless designs, crafted with premium quality, are now accessible globally. You can shop in your local currency, with all costs—including shipping fees—calculated at checkout, ensuring transparency and convenience.


Shipping Policy

We provide worldwide delivery, and shipping costs are determined based on multiple factors, including:

Shipping speed preference
Order weight & size
Destination country
Number of items purchased

The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on these factors.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is not available for pre-order items.
✔ We do not recommend choosing express shipping for pre-orders, as delays may occur.


Duties & Taxes

Custom duties & taxes are set by the destination country’s Customs authority.
✔ Taxes such as Value Added Tax (VAT) will apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
✔ Shipments will be delivered without prepaid duties and taxes, meaning customers are responsible for paying any import/customs charges.
✔ According to custom regulations, DressHub cannot declare items as gifts or lower product prices to avoid duties.

🔹 Important: Taxes are more likely to be applied to orders shipped via Express Shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

✔ Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item.
✔ We conduct a double quality check (QC) before dispatching international orders to minimize defects or errors.
Promotional, discounted, and final sale items are non-exchangeable.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 25 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

✔ Once approved, we will send you an email with return shipping details, refund amount (if applicable), and shipping instructions.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers must cover return shipping costs.
✔ Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number, and the RMA expires in 14 days from the approval date.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for international orders, except in rare cases such as unavailable, defective, or damaged products.
✔ In such cases, a refund will be issued directly to your payment method.


Shipping Restrictions & Failed Delivery Situations

✔ Some locations may have shipping restrictions—ensure your address includes street number, building name, and postal code for accurate delivery.
✔ We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
