How do I place an order?

You can place an order through:
Website – Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Facebook/Instagram (@DRESSHUB) – Send us a message to order.
WhatsApp (+94771119200) – Simply drop us a message to place your order.

What payment methods does DressHub accept?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available island-wide
Bank Deposits & Online Bank Transfers
Payment Links – Secure and easy transactions

Simply place your order on our website and proceed with your preferred payment method.


Product Availability & Restocks

My favorite design is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Restocks depend on demand. However, our Sales Team will suggest similar designs via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.


Shipping & Delivery

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, one order can only be shipped to one address. However, if you're sending a gift, we can ship it to a different address without the invoice printed on it.

How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

Delivery Time – Standard delivery takes 1-5 working days.
Delivery Fee – The standard rate is LKR 400, but it may vary depending on the brand purchased.

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! Simply message us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and our Online Representatives will provide:
Courier Service Contact Number
Tracking Link & Tracking Number
Text message updates upon dispatch


Returns & Exchanges

What is the return/exchange policy?

Exchanges are accepted within 14 working days from the purchase date.
✔ You must send a message via the platform you ordered from (FB, IG, WhatsApp) to request an exchange.
✔ Our Exchange Team will guide you through the process.

How do I send an item for exchange?

✔ Items must be sent via Registered Post or Courier Service.
✔ Once you contact our Hotline (+94771119200), we’ll provide the drop-off address.
✔ Please note: This address is for exchanges only and not for in-person visits.


Order Modifications

Can I change or amend my order after it’s placed?

✔ Changes can only be made if the package has not been dispatched.
✔ Message us on the platform you ordered from within 10-30 minutes, and we’ll assist you.
