We will ship online orders within 3 -5 working days from the date of transaction, customers will receive a dispatch notification or text message to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for discountable items, occasion wears, white garments and accessories.
If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value and no cash refunds will be done.
We clarify online exchangers under two categories as below.
EXCHANGE BASED ON CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
- You have 07 days from the delivery date to exchange your DRESS HUB online purchase
- Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colours of the same item
- Any applicable up and down courier charges to be incurred by the customer
- Your request for an exchange will be processed within 3days of receiving the garment, late requests won’t be entertained
- Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place
- Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will be informed to select the exchange item
- The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available or out of stocks
- We have the full authority to refuse the exchange package if the goods sent isn’t in the original condition
- Exchange can only be done one’s for the same order ( 1 time exchange process for any online order )
EXCHANGE BASED ON A MISTAKE OF DRESS HUB ONLINE TEAM
- Both up and down courier charges will be incurred by DRESS HUB
- Courier person will be sent to collect the exchange item
- Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, the exchange item will be sent to the customer.
- No changes can be done to the original order placed
RETURNS
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order receipt date
- Company can only accept returns for online purchases made on our website
- Company will not accept return items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway
- Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer
- Items should be in the original condition with un removed tags and label
REFUND
- Kindly note that no refunds are available for DRESS HUB online purchases.
- Refund will be only processed on website orders ( Terms and Conditions apply )
- Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days however this can vary between banks

- We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered
- If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
- Change of delivery address cannot be accommodate once the package has been shipped
- Offers are not valid on exchanges
- Offer items cannot be exchanged, except to the available sizes or colors of the same item.
